It is often presented in a well-structured written document, or even a short verbal agreement or presentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Organizations use business case for analysis before starting a large project or a financial investment. Business cases also justify decision being made for the project or a financial investment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The development of the business case necessitates the involvement of all stakeholder especially the executive management. The approach taken by the company can be detailed or a high level approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A detailed approach for business cases involves focusing on quantified benefits.
