What is the cancellation/rescheduling policy for the exam?

If you want to cancel or reschedule your exam. Go through the SAP Certification Hub. Click the calendar icon in the ‘Exam Appointments/Upcoming Appointments” section.
Do the cancellation/rescheduling of the exam at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointed date and time.
If you don’t do so, SAP has the authority to remove an exam attempt from the total number of attempts allowed.
