There are two subscription options offered by the SAP Certification Hub

Rescheduling/Cancellation Procedure

In order to cancel or reschedule your exam appointment, go to the SAP Certification Hub. Then, click on the calendar icon in the ‘Exam Appointments/Upcoming Appointments” section. Do the cancellation or reschedule for the next suitable date.
Make the cancellation/rescheduling of the exam at least 24 hours before the appointed date and time.
SAP holds the authority to subtract or remove the exam attempt from the total number of attempts allowed in your subscription plan, if there is any discrepancy.
