The Earned Value Professional (EVP) exam is suitable for candidates with expertise in Earned Value Management (EVM), demonstrating mastery in various critical areas -
- Contract Language and Earned Value Application: Proficient in understanding and applying contract language as it relates to Earned Value.
- Project Scope Organization: Capable of organizing a project’s scope into a meaningful structure for execution.
- Planning, Scheduling, and Budgeting: Skilled in planning, scheduling, and budgeting project work from initiation through closeout using integrated cost/schedule tools.
Eligibility Requirements
- 8 years of industry-related experience, or
- 4 years of industry-related experience plus a 4-year industry-related college degree
- Ethics: Adherence to AACE's Canons of Ethics
